3-MONTH OLD ABANDONED BABY RESCUED BY SNEHALAYA
FINDS A LOVING HOME TODAY.

SNEHANKUR : An adoption center which actively rescues abandoned newborn babies 24 X 7 for future reintegration in loving homes. Skilled nurses provide loving care to the traumatized infants, some of whom are injured. Since its inception, 500+ abandoned new-born infants have been rescued & rehabilitated. Snehankur project also provides hope and succor to unmarried mothers, pregnant victims of rape at the pre-natal, child-birth as well as post-natal stages. The tender victims in a delicate situation are treated in a highly professional manner with a empathetic gentle touch. The team's efforts has also resulted in 100% discontinuation of female foeticide in Ahmednagar district.

CHILDLINE : It handles and swiftly responds to over 300 calls per day on its 24 X 7 toll free telephone helpline number 1098, to investigate, and to rescue any child in distress. Out of the 500+ ChildLines across the country, Snehalaya's ChildLine has been recognized as best managed by the Government.
